We mainly produce air-cooled diesel engines, air-cooled generator sets, water pump sets and water-cooled large sets, etc. Our products are widely used in many fields such as civil, industrial, commercial, base station and military. Our products have been successfully exported to Germany, Colombia, Turkey, Dubai, Indonesia, Angola and other more than 100 countries and regions around the world.
Since 2013, Hi-earns has been committed to innovation. In 2015, we started mass production of our first new product, the HR198F air-cooled diesel engine. With its unique design and efficient performance, this product was awarded an invention patent and a number of utility model patents, bringing about a radical change to the entire generator industry. Now, we have upgraded to the fourth generation of the product, which has been well received by domestic and international customers for its outstanding performance and reliable quality. We have also developed products such as the HR2V98FD twin-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine, HR778FD and HR788FD single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine, which are widely used in telecommunications base stations and T30 and T40 drones, filling a gap in the market. Our 3KW and 10KW air-cooled diesel engine sets have been continuously operated under extreme conditions at 4500m and 5000m above sea level and over -20 degrees Celsius, thus winning the endurance test certificate for military products. The company also has strong sheet metal design and production capabilities, and has its own patents for various styles of silent generator sets, including ultra-silent generator sets with a noise level of only 55 decibels within 7 metres.
Through continuous innovation, Hi-earns has developed a series of products with independent intellectual property rights, and has so far obtained 15 invention patents, as well as 63 utility model and design patents. At the same time, we have successfully passed the ISO9001-2015 quality management system certification, the EU CE safety certification and the EU Euro 5 emission certification.
