The high-pressure cast iron pump operates based on the centrifugal principle. When the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, the liquid at the center of the impeller is thrown towards the outer edge of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, forming a low-pressure zone, which continuously draws the liquid into the center of the impeller. The liquid thrown out collects inside the pump casing and is then discharged from the pump body through the outlet. In this process, the liquid gains pressure energy and kinetic energy, achieving high-pressure delivery.
