The single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine is widely used in agricultural machinery and other industries because of its small size, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. There are many methods to judge the faults of single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engines. The common methods are the isolation method, comparison method, verification method, and instrument inspection method.
1. Comparison method: comparison method is widely used. When a single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine has a fault, it can be preliminarily determined which part has the problem, then replace the good quality parts or normal system, and observe whether the fault is eliminated. If the failure disappears, it proves that the component or system has failed.
2. Verification Method: verification method is based on the single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine's known fault reasons for tentative adjustment or demolition, to find out the fault.
3. Instrument inspection method: instrument inspection method is to use instruments or instruments to test a single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine, through the test instrument to analyze where the problem is, and understand the performance of the unit.
4. Cut-off method: The cut-off method is to stop the single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine single cylinder of the operation of fuel injection, observed before and after the stop of fuel injection changes in the working state of the diesel engine. This is a very effective way to check the working condition of each cylinder.
In short, in view of different diesel generator fault phenomena, we should flexibly use different methods to remove the fault, and from the unit's working principle and structure, to find solutions to the problem.
